Personal Training Rates
Following rates are for sessions conducted in my home gym (converted garage) in Corte Madera, 94925. All personal training sessions are one hour. Highly bespoke homework programs are provided to clients who have regular weekly sessions.
5-pack: $775
10-pack: $1,500
20-pack: $2,900
+ 10% for two people (same household only)
+ 25% for sessions conducted in your home gym (Sausalito, Tiburon, Mill Valley, Larkspur, San Rafael)

Phone call — a quick screen to find out a little about your goals and make sure I can help
Enrollment form (injury and case history, liability waiver, cancellation policy, business info)
Complimentary consultation / taster session
…then you book sessions and pay. Bespoke homework programs are part of the package which are free for clients who have fixed weekly sessions, or cost the price of one session every two months if not.
How many sessions per week should you have?
I encourage the following elements in everyone’s weekly regimen:
2 strength training sessions
2 cardiorespiratory training sessions
daily brisk walking for 30 to 90 minutes
morning movement rituals, for joint health
How many of these you have with me or on your own depends entirely on your individual case, skill or ability level, current exercise habits, budget and whether you’re motivated / compliant enough to carry out your bespoke homework plan.
